Set Up a School Volume License

Updated in September 2026

A school volume license equips your entire faculty under a single agreement and unified invoice: six months completely free, followed by $1.49 per teacher per month. Setup is managed collaboratively via email, after which your district manages teacher seats through the central admin portal.

Requesting a Volume Quote

  1. Estimate the number of educators at your school or campus who will use the digital whiteboard.
  2. Appoint a primary administrative contact who will coordinate the agreement, billing details, and teacher seats.
  3. Request an official quote via our School Licensing page with your school name, location, and faculty count.
  4. Volume licensing starts at 10 educators. Smaller teams can subscribe to individual Premium accounts.

We recommend submitting the Data Processing Agreement to your district privacy board at the same time to streamline procurement.

Making the Most of Your Six-Month Trial

A six-month evaluation gives your faculty sufficient time across instructional units to experience the whiteboard in real classroom settings:

  1. Launch the trial at the start of a semester rather than near vacation periods.
  2. Present the whiteboard during a staff development meeting. Fifteen minutes highlighting the Classroom Timer and Noise Meter is an effective start.
  3. Invite teachers to try the tools immediately on classroom interactive displays without accounts.
  4. Review active usage at the end of the trial period to finalize your exact required seat count.

If procurement timelines require extra evaluation time, you can easily extend your school trial.

Ordering and Managing Faculty Seats

Once your district approves the quote, we activate your school portal and deliver administrator access:

  1. Provide your district invoicing address and purchase order number, as outlined in Invoice Setup.
  2. Your district receives a single consolidated invoice at $1.49 per teacher per month.
  3. In the administration console, assign seats to teachers as explained in Managing Teachers.
  4. Each teacher configures their own personal password while retaining their individual lesson plans and rosters.

Each educator retains their own private lesson plans and class rosters. A school license provides central seat administration without merging teacher workspaces.

Summary

School volume licenses start with a six-month free trial and continue at $1.49 per educator per month. Quotes are requested online, and faculty seats are managed centrally.
