Terms of Service
Effective date: September 23, 2026 · Version 1.1
These terms govern the free use of the digital classroom whiteboard, optional Premium subscriptions, and collective school licenses. They are formulated clearly so that teachers and administrators can review them directly without legal jargon.
1. Scope of application
These Terms of Service apply between Aimani Solutions, Inhaber Iman Rahmani (hereinafter "we" or "ClassHelper") and you as an educator or institutional user of ClassHelper. They apply to the website classhelper.app, all tool pages, and the digital whiteboard web application.
2. Services provided
ClassHelper provides a browser-based digital classroom whiteboard designed for projectors, displays, and interactive screens. The core service includes all digital classroom tools, saving boards in the local browser without registration, and running lesson routines.
The optional Premium tier adds automated multi-device cloud synchronization, collaborative folder sharing among colleagues, and shareable whiteboard links.
3. Conclusion of contract
The free basic tier requires no sign-up or registration; opening the website constitutes an agreement to use the public service under these terms. For Premium accounts, a contract is concluded upon completing account registration and confirming the subscription tier.
4. Pricing and terms
The basic version of ClassHelper is free with all tools included. Optional Premium is offered at $2.49 per month. Outside the US dollar zone, the price displayed in local currency on the pricing page applies. Every new account is entitled to try one month free without entering payment information or credit cards.
5. Payment methods
For individual paid subscriptions, payment processing is conducted securely via our payment gateway. We use Stripe Payments Europe (Dublin, Ireland) to process payments. Only billing data goes there, never student or lesson data.
For institutional school licensing, payment is processed via invoice and bank transfer with net 30 payment terms.
6. Term and cancellation
The free 30-day trial ends automatically without requiring cancellation. Paid Premium subscriptions renew on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time directly within your account settings up until the last day of the current billing cycle. When canceled, full access continues until the end of the paid month, after which your account seamlessly reverts to the free basic tier. No lesson boards or class lists are deleted upon cancellation.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of initial paid contract conclusion. Notice of withdrawal can be communicated informally via email to our team at [email protected].
8. School faculty licenses
Schools and school districts can acquire collective faculty licenses starting at 10 teachers. The school license includes a 6-month free trial period, followed by $1.49 per teacher and month. School administrators receive dedicated faculty management controls to assign and reallocate seats.
9. Student teacher discount
Student teachers and teacher trainees in official preparatory training programs receive full Premium access free of charge during the entire duration of their training upon submitting verification.
10. User obligations
Users agree to maintain secure credentials for individual accounts and not use the whiteboard to transmit harmful code or unlawful content. Personal identifying data of students must not be stored in public boards.
11. Service availability
We endeavor to maintain uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is conducted outside typical school instruction hours whenever possible.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, our liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations.
13. Final provisions
The laws of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
